El Bolígrafo Prestado

Andrea estaba en clase cuando se dio cuenta de que no tenía bolígrafo. Buscó en su mochila, pero solo encontró un lápiz muy pequeño.

Su compañero Leo la miró y dijo: “¿Necesitas un bolígrafo?”

“Sí, por favor,” respondió Andrea.

Leo le pasó uno azul. “Puedes usarlo todo el día,” dijo.

Andrea tomó apuntes y terminó la clase sin problemas. Cuando la clase terminó, devolvió el bolígrafo. “Gracias, me salvaste,” dijo con una sonrisa.

“No hay de qué,” dijo Leo. “Siempre tengo uno extra.”

Andrea salió del aula contenta. A veces, un objeto pequeño podía mejorar mucho el día.

The Borrowed Pen

Andrea was in class when she realized she didn’t have a pen. She looked in her backpack but only found a very small pencil.

Her classmate Leo saw her and said, “Do you need a pen?”

“Yes, please,” Andrea answered.

Leo gave her a blue one. “You can use it all day,” he said.

Andrea took notes and finished the class without problems. When class ended, she returned the pen. “Thanks, you saved me,” she said with a smile.

“No problem,” Leo said. “I always have an extra one.”

Andrea left the classroom happy. Sometimes a small object could make the day much better.
