Antes de salir, miró el calendario en la pared. “Espera… hoy es miércoles,” dijo.
La reunión era el jueves. “¡Ay, me equivoqué de día!”
Marta se rió sola, se quitó los zapatos y volvió a la cocina. Preparó otro café, esta vez con calma.
Pensó: “Bueno, tengo más tiempo para mí hoy.”
Before leaving, she looked at the calendar on the wall. “Wait… today is Wednesday,” she said.
The meeting was on Thursday. “Oh no, I got the day wrong!”
Marta laughed to herself, took off her shoes, and went back to the kitchen. She made another coffee, this time slowly.
She thought: “Well, I have more time for myself today.”
